Back into the swing
Yesterday was Aaron's first day of school at Heyworth. He said that he noticed that he was the
shortest kid in his class. I explained to him I was really short at his age and then grew all at once.
I don't know that made him feel any better. I'm crossing my fingers he does well as the 'new kid'. |
As far as the school itself, I like what I have seen. The school looks much newer and bigger than
the school he was attending the last few years. Better computers and Internet services also.

your new friends. How exciting! One of the best times of your life.. New things to learn; new people to meet.
And yes, your Dad was one of the shortest kids in his class when he was your age. But just wait until junior high! You will catch up to the others and probably be taller than most. That is ok. Just have fun and learn a lot!
Size matters not. Judge me by my size, do you? And well you should not. For my ally is a surplus W-53 9 megaton thermonuclear warhead. And a powerful ally it is...

Given that the Force (or even Taekwondo, Judo, and Karate) take to much time to learn - I guess what Yoda is saying is that you need an ally. Maybe like the 5 foot 9 class bully that has been held back a couple of years. So, I will start packing you extra cookies to give to the meanest looking kid around so that you might bribe him.
